The trackers will be setup by default on a 60s interval which would last for 28hrs non-stop round (maybe longer).
Use this option only if you are hiring a tracker for use on either the Bob Graham, Paddy Buckley (Capel / Llanberis) and Ramsay Rounds. For those on the Paddy Buckley round, if you wish to start from an alternative location to Capel or Llanberis please hire a regular single tracker and we will set up a bespoke map (+£10).
You should be aware that you tracker will be on a shared map for each of the rounds – should you wish to be anonymous, please contact us with a pseudonym (Captain Pugwash, Mary Poppins, Etc). These trackers are hired at a reduced rate and as such we do add affiliate advertising to these pages from brands sympathetic to being in the outdoors.
If you are sponsored athlete you should ask your sponsor to contact us about setting up a premium page. The bespoke premium option contains no affiliate advertising, links to your brands social media, photos, and brand styling. The cost for this option is £175+VAT plus the cost of the tracker hire.
IMPORTANT
The days are the amount of the days you require the tracker, this should include the day you want to receive the tracker and the day you will be returning the tracker. i.e if you require a tracker to be delivered to you on a Thursday and you will not be able to return it until the following Tuesday, this will be a 6 day hire. Returns days are the day you post the tracker back into a Royal Mail post box (or for 3 or more trackers, drop off at the UPS access point) Hires are inclusive of data costs and tracking page.
Please remember to tell us your start date and time of your challenge. – Please note that all trackers need to be booked at least 7 days prior to dispatch. If you need a tracker the same week please contact Open Tracking prior to booking to confirm availability and dispatch times to avoid disappointment. There is a £10.00 surcharge for late bookings to cover additional postage charges.
